We endeavour to process your order and despatch your goods the same day. In the event of a, we will advise you immediately.

UK Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

Standard U.K. delivery (please allow 3 -4 days)

Delivery charges:

• Free on all orders over £70.01.
• Single item under 500g £1.95.
• Single item over 500g £3.50.
• Two or more items £3.50.

Guaranteed Next Day delivery to the U.K. is available and costs £5.95 irrespective of order value. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. and may be able to get your order delivered next day for orders placed up to 4.30p.m.
Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.

Saturday Morning Guaranteed delivery to the U.K. is available and costs £6.95 irrespective of value. We guarantee Saturday morning (before 1p.m.) delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. on the preceeding Friday. Orders may be placed any time during the week for this service.

We are confident that you'll be delighted with your purchase from Spa*Kool that we offer the following guarantee: Try any product for 7 days - and if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a full refund.

This guarantee does not apply to any home fragrance products purchased which cannot be refunded/exchanged.

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter, fax or email.

Please include your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
